Hello,
As the secretary of a non-profit association, I created a Gmail address with my personal computer to communicate with internet members. Now I am resigning from my position and need to pass the baton to a new secretary.
How can I ensure he can continue using his computer, and that I no longer have contact with this address?

Hello,

You just need to pass on the username and password to your successor... they will log in with it.

It is then recommended that they change the password and the recovery options for the account in case of blocking/hacking (linked phone number and/or backup email address).

On your side, you just need to log out of this account, and possibly remove it from your email client (Thunderbird, etc...) if you are using one to manage this address.

See you later!
