Hello, I can no longer make or receive calls with my Alcatel F680 trio phone. When I pick up by pressing the green button, it shows busy on the screen.
If someone can help me, I thank them in advance.

    Hello,
    If this phone is connected to a box, reset it.
    To do this, cut the power supply to the box for a minute and then turn it back on.
