Hello,
I received an update to replace Windows 10 with Windows 11. Can someone tell me if my Ciel comptes personnels 12.1 software will be compatible with Windows 11?

Hello,
Ciel has evolved and is now called Sage. It now offers several suites tailored to different activities. The most commonly used one and the one I use to address the issues mentioned above is
SAGE 50 CLOUD.

Everything is connected and secured on ultra-powerful servers against attacks.
Security is crucial today for the anonymity of our data. Especially with the current situation regarding Asia and Russia, which are known to be formidable in doing whatever they want on the internet.
In short, the suite is fantastic because it synchronizes directly with the entire Microsoft 365 suite.
So we download the software on our workstation, and once everything is set up, we can easily synchronize with the accountant.
I hesitated with Freshbooks, but Sage 50cloud suited me better, and it's reassuring to know that the data is on Microsoft servers. In any case, it works for me.

I did it, but the person told me they didn't know because there has been no tracking on this software for several years on their end.
Just to be sure, they advised me not to update to Windows 11.
Hence my question in this forum, in case someone has attempted the experience.

You can also stay on Windows 11 by installing a VM such as VirtualBox on which you install Windows 10 and your Ciel software.
It should be noted that support for Windows 10 will end in 2025 (October 14, 2025), so you have time.
