Hello,
I have a Freebox Mini 4K that I would say I've had for at least 2 years, which is connected to my television and gives me access to Netflix, YouTube, and the usual TV channels.
However, for over a month now, I have been unable to use the Free interface on my television.
Indeed, no matter how many times I unplug and replug the cables related to it, the interface just keeps restarting and the loading animation continues indefinitely.
I don't know if this is related to the multiple disconnections, or if I possibly unplugged a cable (like the ethernet) without replugging it.
Anyway, I'm lost and it's quite a frustrating situation since I no longer have access to everything that the Free "interface" offers me.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read me and for any responses that may be available,
Best wishes.
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.1.1

Hello.
Unplug your Freebox server (internet box) from the power supply, then plug it back in once it has restarted and is functional. Do the same with the Freebox player (TV box). If that doesn't help, check with Free.
