Hello,
I recorded a TV show on a USB flash drive.
I obtained the following files:
- 1114_185351.pvr
- 1114_185351.rfi
- CH394_20211114_185351_0000.bin
Is it possible to convert these files into a video that I can watch on my PC?
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
As far as I know, no, the bin format is encrypted specifically to prevent reading on another device; there probably isn't a solution unless the TV allows recording in another format like TS or MPEG.-
- The alternative plan, assuming that the TV is connected to a box or that we have two antenna outlets, otherwise we won't be able to watch anything else while recording, is a TNT recorder decoder, provided that you already have an external hard drive or a USB stick with sufficient capacity, generally formatted in FAT32. It costs around €30 in all the stores like Boulanger and similar.
As its name indicates, it only records TNT, but regarding mine in TS format, it does not allow playback on the TV unless I convert it to MKV using Avidemux; this is simple and fairly quick. PCs are much more tolerant regarding codecs in this regard, I can't remember if TS files work directly without conversion.
