Hello,
I can’t play MP4 videos on my TV via USB, while I have no trouble viewing my photos.
How can I convert these videos to the right format, please?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Ubuntu 14.04 / Android 4.1.1.

It is of type: MPEG-4 video (video/mp4)
This video comes from a Linux PC.
How to check if my drive is in FAT32?-

Oh okay, the size of your video is probably too big or too small, that’s what resolution means, so you just need to convert the video still to .mp4 but with a lower resolution than it already has.
To find out its resolution, right-click on the video and then properties, in the details tab you will find "Frame Width" and "Frame Height."
To convert, there's Format Factory, a really good and free software, if you have any usage issues don't hesitate!
