Hello,
I have an ACER laptop purchased in 2018/2019 with an AMD Dual-core Processor E1-7010 (1.5 GHz), AMD Radeon R2 Graphics, 8 GB DDR3 L Memory, 1000 GB HDD that has seen little use because since its purchase it has been very, very slow.
I have cleaned it several times, defragmented it, etc... installed CCLeaner, but despite that, loading web pages is very slow and it's impossible to watch YouTube videos as they freeze. There’s not much installed on it and no files stored.
I was using another PC until now (older and faster) but I will need this one soon and I don’t know what to do to speed it up and make it faster for internet browsing and everyday use (emails, social networks, websites, videos, or streaming).
Thank you in advance for your help,
Wishing you a good day,
Best regards.

Hello.
When you look at the performance of the processor (AMD Ryzen 7 - 4800 H), there’s no comparison with yours (AMD E1 7010 APU). So it’s normal that it’s already slow. Add to that the fact that the storage unit is an HDD, and it’s even worse.

One solution: Replace your hard drive with an SSD of 256 GB to 1 TB (depending on your needs) with good performance to compensate for the processor’s speed.
As for the RAM, you have 8 GB, which is enough for normal work. For gaming, however, don’t expect much (except for small games).
See you...
