Is there a way to optimize?

Yes, by adding 4GB of RAM, but you need to open the PC to add RAM, and in that case, you will lose the warranty

Have your PC analyzed on the Crucial website --> click here

For the delayed version... what is the procedure to follow please to update?

Do the following:

1) Connect the PC to the power outlet

2) Close all your running programs

3) Download the W10 Update Assistant to your desktop --> click here

4) Run it as administrator (right click), and let yourself be guided during the update

PS: I'm leaving in 1 hour and 30 minutes

Indeed, adding 4 GB of RAM can't hurt, and as jfmimi pointed out, your processor is really very weak. Now, it all depends on what you call "very slow." Your PC will never be as fast as a PC equipped with an i7 or a last-generation Ryzen. However, it should still be able to browse with relatively decent speed. I suggest keeping the task manager open while you browse; this can help you identify where the slowness is coming from.
