Have I been scammed on the showroomprivé marketplace?

Hello to those who will read me, I want to warn you about Showroomprivé orders so that you don't get scammed like I did. Here’s what happened to me:

On 03/10, I placed an order on the Showroomprivé app. I ordered several products, including one from a marketplace seller in the batch, but I didn't realize it at that moment.

On 04/10, the marketplace seller's package was marked as "shipped" on the app, but I didn't receive the usual email indicating that the order had been shipped, nor a purchase confirmation.

Moreover, the GLS tracking number provided to me doesn’t work. I find myself out 155€ with no information about my package.

Showroom informs me that the package will be delivered on 11/10. Having received nothing by the evening of 12/10, I report it via the app, and I mention that I don’t know where my package is, as the tracking number doesn’t work.

On 13/10 at 8 am, I receive an email from Showroomprivé stating that the package is "delivered." At 8:01 am, I was at my mailbox and there was nothing (I work from home, so it's hard for me to miss a package!). I make another report on the app.

I then called Showroomprivé's customer service, who told me to wait for a reply from the Marketplace seller within 24 hours.

In the meantime, I researched the seller to contact them and came across what seems to be a SCAM. I found numerous messages and Google reviews from people who have been scammed. I wrote an email to Showroom's customer service with screenshots of the customer reviews attached. At that moment, I understood why the tracking number doesn’t work; I think it’s simply a fake.

I then realized that Showroom is hosting scammers on its marketplace. I am very disappointed and will obviously never order again.

After several phone calls, my email remained unanswered, and 0 replies from the marketplace seller, on 20/10 I called Showroom customer service again (I had no hope of receiving my package at that point), considering them responsible for putting me in touch with this seller, and requested a refund for my order.

The person told me it was OK, that they would get back to me within 5 business days and initiate the refund. In fact, the only thing they did was report the issue to the seller so that I could sort it out with them and they didn't give me any further news.

That's where it gets comical; the seller decides to reply and sends me a message in English saying "we have indeed shipped your package, look at the attached screenshot of the tracking." It was not the tracking for my package on the screenshot, but someone else's tracking (no name, tracking number unrelated to the one given to me, different shipping date...).

I find this a bit far-fetched and respond to the seller that this isn't my tracking. He replies sweetly, "oh yes indeed sorry it’s not your tracking" and asks for my ID to pass the buck to the GLS delivery person.

Not wanting to provide my ID to scammers, I re-contact Showroom customer service today, on 03/11, to explain the whole story again, and inform them of the response I received from the seller, which I find astounding.

The person on the line completely disregards it and robotically repeats that they can’t do anything, and that they will forward my request to the marketplace seller (for the umpteenth time!).

So Showroom sends the ball to the seller, who sends it to GLS, who probably never had to transport my package.... and I have lost 155.60€

Thank you Showroom, I will never order from you again and will ensure the same for my friends and family.

Absolutely, why not give it a try.
But anyway, theoretically, in less than 24 hours a representative from the store will come to do their copy/paste of: we are sorry………
But strangely, there is never any positive feedback after the intervention.
