Try this:

Remove the battery,
put it back in place,
charge the phone on mains for a few minutes,
press the power button for about twenty seconds.

Remove the battery, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, reinstall the battery and check if it works. Instructions for removing the battery are all explained in THE MANUAL.

Sorry for my silence but my condition caused me a serious painful crisis.

Unfortunately, neither the first solution nor the second has been effective. The same urgency applies to me. Tomorrow morning, my doctor needs to contact me and I won’t be able to communicate with him.
I can manage to turn it on and off despite the white screen, so I can enter my code. I called a number: I hear the “noise” of the numbers but there is no ringing on the other end.
I read “THE MANUAL”: In “5. Assistance Button”, I can't tell if this function is activated.

Yesterday, I forgot to mention that on this white screen, there are 2 small vertical lines from top to bottom on the right side of it. I don’t know if this gives you any indication.
