Phone and contacts icons missing Solved

Question

Hello,
After an incorrect manipulation of my Samsung smartphone, I can no longer use the phone since the icon on the home screen has disappeared (along with my contact directory).
Please help me. What should I do?

hi  haven't you chosen the simplified screen mode? If so, go to settings, then simplified mode, and switch back to normal screen. see the manual for more information
