Hello everyone,
I accidentally messed up while turning off my Doro 2404, and now I get a white screen. I can only turn it off and on again, and I still see the same white screen.
However, as I am seriously ill, this phone is vital for me. Can anyone help me find a solution, please? Thank you very much.

Good initiative, it was the only thing to do, we don’t repair this type of low-end phone, since most of the time these phones are not repairable and even if they were repairable, the repair would cost more than a new phone.
