Missing "cam module" on SHARP AQUOS TV

Hello,
I have a Sharp Aquos TV and since yesterday I can no longer receive the channel TF1, my screen is black and it says "missing CAM module". I don't understand, when I go to the TV sources a key appears in front of the TF1 channel. It’s the only channel that doesn’t work and I don’t understand why. I would like to specify that I have not activated parental control or hotel mode.
I don’t know how to fix the problem; if someone can help me, I thank you in advance.

Hello Sandra,
It's a bug...try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and plug them back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "return to factory settings" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
