Hello everyone,
I have a little problem with my Samsung TV.
I live in an apartment and I have a socket made for the TV (via cable) and this cable is connected to my TV.
Everything was fine for a year, but the only problem is that since yesterday, the channels are not found, I tried to reinstall them but nothing happens. It shows "Signal Scrambled, CI+ module or smart card not found, please check that they are properly connected."
Does anyone have a solution?
Thank you in advance!

Hello,
This kind of message only appears on encrypted channels (like Canal, for example)
You say:
"I have a socket made for the TV (by cable)"
Is this collective distribution coming from a collective aerial or a cable network?
What's happening with your neighbors?

The collective distribution is done through a collective rooftop antenna.
My neighbors are indeed receiving TV.
