Sketchup - export impossible

Hello,
I have a problem regarding the export of my projects from SketchUp. One is a component, a table, and the other is a furnished and decorated room.
I am unable to export them even in 2D. I need to download them as PDF. I have done the export by printing but I don't have all the desired details, and it's clearly not "clean".
I noticed that my iOS version may not correspond... Is there a manipulation to do? Is there a possible download?

Hello,
Between the free, Pro, and basic Web versions, Sketchup is a bit of a headache.
I have only used it once or twice a long time ago (I found a more user-friendly alternative), but nothing seems to question a particular version of Windows or iOS.
However, not all export formats are supported depending on whether you choose a Raster or Vector format and according to the platform:
