Hello everyone,
I have a customer database stored in the Contacts app on a Mac running OS X and I need to export these contacts to an Excel file. This application only allows exporting the contacts to a non-usable Pdf file.
Do you know of an application that allows exporting these contacts to an Excel file (.xls or .xlsx)? Thank you for your advice.

    Hello,

I don't know if this will work, but you can try the following:
    - Step 1: Select all contacts (CMD+A for example)
    - Step 2: Export the selected contacts in vCard format by clicking on File > Export > Export vCard
    - Step 3: Convert the vCard file to CSV using this online tool: http://labs.brotherli.ch/vcfconvert/

      Hello Hubert,
Thank you for the advice. I managed to export a selection of contacts in vCard format and convert them into a CSV file in a format readable on Excel, then saved it in Excel format .xlsx.
I will do another test on my entire file.
I think you have solved my problem of converting to Excel format. Thank you very much.
Have a great end of the day.
      Jean Jacques

Thank you, Hubert! I made it, and yet I'm quite hopeless at this kind of practice!!
