Bluetooth headphones not connecting to phone radio

Hello, I just acquired wireless headphones from the brand SOLIX RONDO. Pairing with the mobile phone works smoothly, but no sound is coming through the headphones.

I have attempted several times to redo the initial pairing process, but nothing happens.

As additional information, when I plug wired headphones into the phone's jack, the sound also reaches the wireless headphones!!!

What would be the solution to make these headphones work, or could it be that the XIAOMI phone is not compatible?

    Mine work perfectly,
    And for the price, you have to ask for the moon.
    Anyway, mine work and that for 10€.
