Hello
I tried to implement the method
From the address <https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-15673896-supprimer-automatiquement-retours-a-la-ligne>
QUESTION
These texts, once copied into WORD, appear as incoherent, truncated, or empty lines, which I believe are line breaks caused by the columnar arrangement when newspapers are printed. These line breaks are symbolized by a right-angle arrow ( ) (which can be obtained by "enter + shift"), sometimes with pilcrows ( ¶ ). This results in a text that normally fits within five lines being spread out over twenty lines or more
ANSWER
Select the area,
• CTRL + H (to replace),
• "more" tab (at the bottom) / "special" tab,
• you’ll find paragraph marks and manual line breaks to put in "Find",
• and place a space in "replace with"
I feel like in my case it doesn't work

Thank you in advance

Hello
I don't understand your issue.
The line spacing is "normal" for text coming from the internet; just select everything with Ctrl+A and in the "Paragraph" format, set the "Spacing" options for "Before" and "After" to 0.
If that's not your issue, please reformulate your problem.
See you later

If the answer helped you: a little thank you is nice. If it's resolved: the green button at the top is better ;-)
Let he who has never opened a user manual throw the first mouse.
