AMD CG issue MSI Alpha 15 laptop

Hello everyone,

So here it is, I have two graphics cards, an integrated one, AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 and a RX 5500m. Both are recognized in the device manager, and the drivers are up to date.

Everything was fine with my PC until I reset it due to a network problem, everything was going well, I was playing normally... After a few hours, I decided to update the drivers and install Radeon Software. That's when the trouble began. Radeon Software considers the best GPU for gaming to be the Vega 10. So now the RX 5500m is no longer being used, and I can't play anymore. I've tried a lot of things:

1- uninstalling Radeon Software

2- 4-5 tries with tutorials, forum advice...

3- restoring previous versions of the GPUs

4- AMD cleaning

5- resetting (formatting storage space and new Windows)

The PC is still under warranty, and I'm hesitant to send it in.

My configuration:

Thanks for reading and have a good day ;)

    Hello,
On driverscloud, have you tried to install the drivers for the RX 5500 GPU?

Thank you for your reply, the drivers are up to date.

Yes, my drivers are up to date, Windows 10 tells me that I have the latest version, and if I start my game, it says the opposite; the driver is not up to date. Thank you.
