What to choose to replace my AMD R9 390 GPU?

Hello, my graphics card (xfx) r9 390 being dead, I would like to replace it with either:
- MSI Radeon RX 5500 XT GAMING X
- MSI Radeon RX 5700 XT GAMING X

Having already looked at some benchmarks and reviews (saying that "these cards are only good on paper"), I still can't decide which one would be more beneficial for me.
Any other suggestions apart from these are welcome. (Only AMD, preferably MSI)
Budget: 450€ max

Current setup:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core 4GHz
- Motherboard: MSI X470 GAMING PRO
- 16Go
- PSU: 750W

    no, they are very good cards.

    if it's not urgent, waiting for the release of the new rx 6800 graphics cards (mid/late November) could lower the prices.
