Graphics card detection issue (laptop)

Hello,

My PC no longer detects my graphics card.

I have already tried updating the Nvidia drivers but it does not detect the graphics card.

In the device manager, I enabled hidden devices. My graphics card appears as if it is disconnected. I can only "uninstall the device."

I saw another tutorial that mentioned installing Armoury Crate (ASUS ROG) but it didn't change anything.

I am not a fan of tinkering with computers, and when I see tutorials that mention BIOS, I don't understand anything.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Here is my setup:

ASUS ROG A15 FA706IC

NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3050 Laptop GPU, 4GB GDDR6

AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics (integrated graphics card)

Win11

    Well...

It’s working again, but I’m not really sure how.

Here are the last things I did:

Device manager > show hidden devices > view drivers by device.

    oem68.inf > delete the driver.

I think GeForce Experience launched and did a driver search. I got a notification that new drivers could be installed.

I was able to install the driver through GeForce Experience and my card is detected again and is working normally.

This is just my hypothesis of course...
