Hello,
Yesterday, I downloaded the new logo: Banxo, from the Caisse d'Epargne for my French bank account on my SAMSUNG GALAXY A 42 5G smartphone from the Play Store. Once opened, it asks me for my identification number, WHICH IS IN NUMBERS, which I type in. It "loads" then it asks me again for my identification number and states that the identification or password is incorrect. But there is no password since only numbers are displayed. Do you have this problem that you managed to resolve? Thank you in advance for your advice.

The tutorial on YouTube is not the right tutorial, I don't want to settle invoices or add a beneficiary, I just want to know how to install Banxo.- The tutorial... only talks about downloading the Banxo app... and once installed, how to connect to your Caisse d'Epargne account from it.
I don't see anywhere that it mentions bill payment or adding a beneficiary.
Banxo is just an app for you to connect to your account from a smartphone.
Then, you can probably carry out all the operations you can do from a computer.
Here is what appears on my computer, and when I try to connect on my mobile phone: here is what I have. I am attaching the photo that appears on my phone. If I press to connect, I am asked for my 10-digit identifier, then I receive an SMS from my bank: Caisse d'Epargne: your confidential code to access the bank is: code (with 8 digits). Please change it during your first connection.
If I do this, it says either the confidential code or identifier is incorrect.
- It doesn't work, it always says: incorrect username or code. My advisor just told me that before I connect, I need to have a 10-digit number starting with my department number (54, etc...). But I don't have that, it just lets me log in directly. Or maybe I should upgrade my phone, that might be what's blocking everything.
