My phone shows limited service, what should I do?

Hello,
I bought a Bouygues prepaid card this summer, and since Friday night my phone displays limited service, I can no longer make calls or send messages. My mother also has Bouygues with a regular plan and it’s not happening to her. I tried putting my SIM card in her phone and with hers I can send and receive my messages. Moreover, yesterday I went to town and my phone was working very well, and when I came back home once again it showed limited service. I live in the south near Toulon. What is happening? Thank you.

Maybe it means that you have two carriers on your phone.

Try to reconnect the mobile network.

How's that? I have a Samsung Player One, it seems like I went into manual network settings and it still doesn't work?

you should have a way to check your balance or access your account via a pc and internet on your provider's website

Hello, my recharge ends tonight and usually I can call 630 to recharge, but now it shows emergency calls only.
