My Lycamobile network is not available.

Hello,
For a week now I haven’t been able to make or receive calls and messages. It always shows “selected network (lycamobile) not available.”
Please help, I really need this number or I will lose job interviews.

    Your chip must be damaged, so either get a new one while trying to keep your numbers, or go to a smartphone store; they will tell you the problem and what to do.
