Connected to Wi-Fi but no Internet

Question

Hello,

I noticed today that my Huawei P30 Pro connects to my Wi-Fi, but it indicates that there is no Internet access. An exclamation point appears next to the Wi-Fi signal (which is at maximum).
When I open Chrome, I get the message "No Internet access" displayed at the top. When I go to Wi-Fi, I am connected to my router, but next to "Connected," there is the message "(no Internet connection)."
I have tried:
- restarting my router
- "forgetting" my connection and setting it up again
- restarting my phone
- resetting the network settings
- clearing the cache of my phone.
- I even uninstalled recently installed applications.

The problem persists, and I don't know what to do anymore (I wanted to put a screenshot, but I can't upload the photo).
Do you have any ideas, please :'-( ?

Good evening,
I am exactly in the same situation since this evening.
I have tried EVERYTHING, nothing works.
All my devices are connected to the WIFI and have internet... Only my P30 Pro is experiencing the problem.
If anyone has a solution, I am all ears because I'm going crazy :'(

Same problem for us...
The wifi network works, our iMac is connected to the wifi and has internet access, just like a laptop and a Samsung phone.

However, there is no internet access on 2 Huawei phones (P30 Pro and Mate 20 Pro).

It's probably related to the current issue being experienced by Facebook and Instagram; I don't have the knowledge to explain the link, but apparently changing the DNS settings to use Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 can fix the problem.

Good evening, I'm having the same problem with my P30.
I've seen the issue reported multiple times on the Orange community (my box operator) but not with others.
Could it be related to this operator in addition to affecting Huawei devices?

Hello,
I'm having the same issue at home with a P30 and a P30 Lite. The other devices are working very well (iPad, P10, PS4, etc.).
It's the same at work this morning, but I just configured my P30's WiFi connection to a static IP with the help of the network administrator and now it's working. I'm going to try to do the same at home tonight on my Livebox.
