WiFi Network Connection Issue: Encrypted Saved

Hello,  I have been scouring the web for days trying to find a solution to my problem, but I can't seem to resolve it.  Let me explain... I have a Huawei P30 Pro. For some time now, whenever I leave my house and come back, my phone does not recognize my WiFi network (Livebox, protected network in WPA2). It detects it perfectly but refuses to connect, showing a message "Registered, encrypted" under the name of my Box in my WiFi settings. If I stay on the WiFi networks screen, my phone tries several times to connect to the network (the "registered encrypted" message remains displayed), but then the message changes to "Network access rejected" after a few attempts. To rule out a problem with the Box, I want to clarify that I have no connection issues with my PC, for example. I have, of course, tried everything: rebooting the Box, turning the WiFi on and off from the Box and from my phone, "forgetting/removing the network" in my WiFi settings and reconnecting afterwards, but nothing works. I even explored the access page for my Livebox settings from my computer, but I didn't find much that could help me... I have two temporary solutions: either restore/reset the network settings to factory values (which is annoying as all my connected devices are forgotten by my phone), or turn my phone off and back on, which is a solution, but I have to do this every time I get home... I have never encountered this problem before. My previous phones have always recognized my WiFi network after being connected to it at least once, it’s normal...  If anyone has a lasting solution, I would be very grateful!  Configuration: Android / Chrome 86.0.4240.198

Hello,  I can't claim that this will be sustainable... that's something we find out later..  But your Live BOX may not be the only one in your area... What model of LiveBox is it... Inventel or Sagem with a type number...  -- We should also know which band you are on .. 2.4GHz or 5GHz and then which channel... If you are in an apartment building or a subdivision, there may be a lot of people on the same channel... so you might need to change that... -- To find out more, you should install the "Wifi Analyzer" app on your smartphone https://apkpure.com/fr/wifi-analyzer/com.farproc.wifi.analyzer and you will be able to visualize everything around you... and even send me a screenshot (graph with the pulses) through cjoint.com ==> copy the link of the image and paste it here.  -- Next, you need to access the Wifi section in your LiveBox menus to set it to the most suitable channel... and also take note of all the wifi encryption settings, like WPA2 for example... and write all that down on paper....  -- Then, go to your smartphone and apply exactly the same settings... because there are other menus besides wifi (only) that go deeper... Because your message "Saved, encrypted", that's it... and maybe also that of the neighbor who is blocking you.

Your smartphone needs to be connected to the Wi-Fi of your Livebox to view...  From a PC, you can access the homepage of your Livebox... in your web browser, you need to type 192.168.1.1 in the URL, where the internet address goes... Then, to access the Wi-Fi, you need to log in... the username should be "admin" and the password is the first eight characters of the Wi-Fi key displayed on the side of the BOX... -- Go to the Wi-Fi index... pay close attention... optionally, take a photo or screenshot to keep for reference... you should have two sections, one for 5 GHz and one for 2.4 GHz... I assume they have different names (SSID). Go to the 2.4 and check which channel it is on... probably on "AUTO"; click on it or next to it to change and set it to channel 12... and copy the encryption system (WPA2, for example, or another), copy everything you see... And click "Save" to preserve what you just did  -- I would prefer that you use the 2.4 GHz Band on your smartphone... It will automatically set itself to channel 12... -- You can forget the Livebox that was already in place... Search for available networks to start anew... Hold down the WPS button on your BOX for about 5 seconds, until it starts blinking... and you will have 10 minutes to pair your smartphone... automatically... So on the smartphone, click on "Connect" to your Livebox And it should connect automatically including the Wi-Fi key and WPA settings... It's better to be close to the BOX for this.  -- For the application, you need to allow foreign apps and maybe disable "Google Protect," as these are blocks... OK,  Did you manage to load the Wifi Analyzer app..? and see something.  Are you sure you are connecting to your Bbox and not the one from the neighbor across the street..??  Where is this phone from..?? Could it be designed for other regions of the world and not meet our standards..?? I know, they all come from China, but they are made for a specific destination in the world.  It’s possible that WPS is not working.. But did you check the 2.4 wifi values in the Bbox..?? With that, you should be able to enter the exact same values manually.  There might be a setting to adjust the automatic reconnection to wifi.. I believe it's in the battery saving settings, depending on the Android version...  Otherwise, a backup solution would be an app like "Wi-Fi Matic" that allows you to turn wifi on/off based on certain criteria, and there are quite a few apps of this kind.
