Hello,
Thank you in advance for enlightening me about my problem. For some time now, I haven't been able to see the icons of my photos, and I need to view them for a film editing project. The photos come from a Motorola smartphone and a Nikon camera, and I've never had any issues before. Could you provide me with information about these difficulties? Thank you.
Have a great weekend.

Hello,
1- Red cross on photo icon
The red cross on the icons in your screenshot may mean that you are using OneDrive synchronization (synchronization pending).
Moreover, you have the icon on the OneDrive taskbar.
Maybe it's a lack of space in OneDrive.
You can stop the synchronization and disable OneDrive from startup.
==► disable OneDrive synchronization
==► Stop OneDrive from launching automatically at startup
2- Photo thumbnails
==► Photo thumbnails not displaying in Windows 10 Explorer

Hello
Perhaps a lead...
- In the Windows 10 File Explorer, click on the View tab.
- In the top menu, to the right, you have an Options box. There, choose Change folder and search options.
- In the new window that appears, click on the View tab.
- In the drop-down list, check if the box Always show icons, never thumbnails is checked. If it is, uncheck it.
