Problem 4 times without PayPal fees

Hello everyone!!!
I want to share my problem????
I just made a four-time payment without fees on a shopping site for 57 € per month...
Paypal gives me the installment amounts, I accept, and it redirects me to the shopping site.
That's when the shopping site tells me that the price of my cart has changed...
So I contact the person running it and ask her if she received my payment and if all the items I ordered are in stock...
She takes the time to check and provides me with a screenshot of her recent Paypal payments, and I'm not listed there. She also assures me that she has everything in stock...
The first installment has been debited from my bank account, and on Paypal, it states "authorization" under the transaction.
I check my emails, and I have no record from Paypal of my four-time payment nor any email from the shopping site confirming my order (of course, the person hasn’t received the money)...
I'm wondering, should I wait for another confirmation email, or should I be concerned?
If that's the case, what should I do?

Hello,
if it's very recent, wait for the email from Paypal and check your Paypal account to see if the transaction is listed there. If you haven't heard anything, you'll need to resolve the issue with Paypal by contacting them https://www.paypal.com/ca/smarthelp/contact-us?locale_x=fr_CA
