PC from a college to reset

Hello,
My little brother's school is changing computers and giving away the old ones, so I received one. I plugged it into my monitor and turned it on, but it asks for a username and password and says below "log on to: (domain name)"
So here’s the problem, I am stuck on this screen, and it says "how to log on from another domain?" and it provides information that I don’t know what to do with. Please help me to be able to use it.

You can't, you're no longer in the college network, you don't have access to this domain/the AD server that distributes it.
If you haven't been given the "local administrator" codes, you can't do anything.
Reset it to zero from the manufacturer's menu or Windows at startup (try pressing f8, f2, f12, f10, del...) or look in the model's documentation.
Otherwise, reinstall a new OS from a CD or a USB drive.
