My Swingson Liberty+ Bluetooth headset won't charge anymore.

Hello,
I got my Swingson Liberty+ Bluetooth headphones on December 30, 2020. So far, so good, but right now I'm facing a problem: it no longer charges. When I use it with its cable, I can only hear from one ear. And when I decide to charge it to listen wirelessly, the little red light comes on to show that it is charging, but this light turns off after 3 seconds. I thought this was normal, but once I left it charging for a whole day (the red light was always off) and I can't even turn it on or connect it to my phone. When I used to turn it on, it emitted a small sound and a little light to indicate that it was on, but now nothing!! No little light, no sound!

P.S.: In the past, even when I charged it with a different charger than the original, it charged perfectly and I had no issues.

Please help me!!

    Hello,
You mention... "Even when I charged it with a charger different from the original, it charged very well and I didn't encounter any problems."

That’s normal, you should avoid using different chargers!...
What I don’t understand is the built-in battery of your headset. It is rechargeable via a microUSB cable connection.
So, what does the charger have to do with this?

I think it's a cable and a power supply transformer

Is your issue resolved as of today?

If so, how did you resolve it?
