Inaccessible hard drive on Freebox.

Hello, since I changed the remote control for my Freebox Revolution, I can no longer play my recordings on the TV even though they are recorded because I have tried downloading several through Freebox OS. I followed the steps to repair the hard drive as indicated by some tutorials, and I also restarted the Freebox, but none of this has solved my problem. What else should I do, should I format the hard drive? Thank you for your advice.

    Hello,
    restart your Freebox Server (internet box) and once it has restarted and is functioning properly, restart your Freebox Player (TV box) to see if it’s better.
