I can't find my orders on the FNAC website.

Hello,
I have a problem with Fnac, let me explain. On Saturday 07/08/21, I ordered a ticket for Zola's concert at the Zenith in Paris.
Everything went well during the order; I ordered on the Fnac website using Chrome, then I installed the app after placing the order to track my order. However, there's a problem: I see nothing in the "My Orders" tab on the app. I go to the website, and my order is listed under "My Orders," but I return 30 minutes later, and the order disappears from the website, even though I received the confirmation email for the purchase.
I would like to know if anyone has an explanation, and most importantly, will I receive my order?
