Hello,
I am sending you this message today hoping to get your help.
I just noticed TODAY, JANUARY 25, 2015, that the website BADOO has been charging me 8.49 euros per month for at least 6 months (but probably much longer --> I don’t have access to my bank history online beyond 6 months).
I opened a BADOO account 2 or 3 years ago ... I subscribed to a service for 1 or 2 months. I then canceled the subscription ...
I HAVEN'T LOGGED INTO THIS SITE FOR 2 OR 3 YEARS ...
---> How do I get them to stop taking 8.49 euros / month from my account?
---> ... after that, I would like to get a refund but for now, I WANT THEM TO STOP!
How can I reach them?
Jean-Yves

Hello
Just because you are no longer using a site doesn't mean the contract stops.
The contract stops when you have NOTIFIED them of your intention to cancel.
If this hasn’t been done, the contract continues; see the site’s general conditions for how to do this.
The refund will therefore not be due since, in all likelihood, you never cancelled the contract.

Can't read? He clearly stated that he had canceled the subscription. I just had the same problem; I had to contact my bank.
They took money from me. Every time I wanted to talk, but I hadn't activated the automatic payment, and they activated it for me; I was robbed of 300 euros there.
