JBL TWS 225 earbuds not connecting Solved

Question

Hello,  For a few hours now, one of my two earbuds no longer wants to connect to my phone's bluetooth. I've tried putting it back in its case and taking it out, but it keeps blinking blue and white continuously. I've tried turning it off and on, removing the bluetooth from my phone, and unsyncing them from it, but nothing changes.    Configuration: Android / Chrome 92.0.4515.131

I finally found a solution pretty quickly, just by luck:

I pressed my two earbuds three times at the same time, then I held them down to turn them off. I pressed and held again to turn them back on, and finally, I activated the Bluetooth on my phone to reconnect them, and they synced up.

Good evening everyone, I know it's late but for those who are reading this, press your two earbuds three times if they are no longer paired; this will start a Bluetooth device search for both, and they will resynchronize. For those whose earbuds refuse to charge, I can't help you.

Hello,

Personally, the technique of pressing the headset three times that doesn't pair anymore didn't work for me, I hear the sound of searching for pairing but nothing happens, it still doesn't want to connect.. yet it's working, I hear the sounds of powering on and searching for connection, I really don't know what to do anymore, I also tried resetting them to factory settings but that doesn't work either.. Please help me.

Hello,

I just had the same thing happen to me. I first selected "forget this device" (I don't know what it's like on Android) and then I reactivated the connection by pressing my headphones 3 times, and the two resynchronized.

I had the same problem, I tried a bunch of techniques, the only one that has worked up until now is the following: you absolutely have to start by taking the right earbud out of the holder!! After that, everything goes smoothly and both earbuds work!
