Normalement python est ajouté au path.
As-tu décoché la case indiquant l'ajout de python au path windows ?

Sinon, il faut rechercher comment l'ajouter au path windows.
Ce problème étant tellement fréquent que tu devrais trouver comment faire rapidement.
