PCI Data Acquisition Driver Issue - ASUS on W10 Solved/Closed

Hello,

Since yesterday I've had a problem with the motherboard driver, in the device manager there is a yellow exclamation mark and the following message on the device "PCI data acquisition and signal processing controller".
The symptoms are such that when I connect my USB mouse, the Windows interface has lots of bugs; also, browsing the internet is extremely slow.

Indeed, this topic helped me resolve the issue with the drivers; they seem to be up to date.

However, surprisingly, my problem persists (the mouse clicks in empty space and the browser on my desktop is misbehaving among other things). I thought that by fixing this driver, the problem would be resolved.

I have an issue with another driver that I thought was benign, but it seems that is not the case. I have little information, so I will share everything I could find.
The screenshots were taken while the mouse was not connected; I also attempted a system restore with a backup that is well prior to this phenomenon, without results.

I would also like to add that my problems only appear when I connect my mouse. It lights up, it works, but after a few minutes of use, it selectively clicks on what I click, and at a certain point, I can no longer select anything at all. I have to use Alt+F4 to restart my PC.

Also, I feel like this problem started occurring after I used a cleaning function from Avast.

Indeed, it seems to be related to the VPN, I will look into it.

By the way, do you have any insights for my main issue? (In the screenshot, it’s the one at the top “unknown device”). It’s mentioned ACPI
It seems to be linked to the previous driver based on my research.

hello

for your unknown device, do this:

1) download 7zip to your desktop --> click here

right-click on 7zip, and choose "run as administrator" to install it

2) Download this driver --> click here
and place it in your documents.

Right-click on --> Intel-FORCED-DPTF-10x64-8.7.10601.21688-drp.zip
Select --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to "Intel-FORCED-DPTF-10x64-8.7.10601.21688-drp\"

Go to device manager.
Right-click on the device --> unknown (ACPI...)
Update driver
Browse my computer ......
Choose from a list of drivers...
Have disk
Browse
Go to your documents
Go to the folder of the extracted driver -->
Folder --> Intel
Folder --> FORCED
Folder --> DPTF
Folder --> 10x64
Folder --> 8.7.10601.21688
Select the file --> dptf_acpi.inf and OK
Restart

In any case, after my manipulation, this driver has disappeared from the list of unrecognized drivers, I would have liked to update it with yours but I can't find it in my drivers list. If you have this information, I would appreciate it. (under what name can I find it)

No more driver errors in the device manager.
However, the problem with my mouse persists, I sincerely thought the drivers would fix that.
