Hello,
I have a SteelSeries Sensei, and my mouse disconnects all the time. I can tell by the sound it makes when something disconnects and reconnects, and also because my cursor disappears and reappears for 2 seconds. I feel like this happens only when I lift the mouse.
I have already run antivirus and antimalware scans, and installed the software.
I tried using a Logitech G3 and it works, so it must be my mouse. Is there any way I can get my Sensei working again?
