Razer mouse disconnecting all the time

Hello,

I have a problem, I have a Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse (replacement mouse, the first one had button issues) and it disappears from Synapse 5 seconds after plugging in the dongle, and when I use it, it freezes in its movement every 2 seconds... All my software is up to date and the mouse drivers are up to date, do you have any ideas?

    I have the same problem as you with a Deathadder Pro V2 mouse since today. If you have any answers on the subject, I'm interested too...

    Same problem, I exchanged it and still the same problem, it is connected to Wi-Fi
