Unsupported USB drives + other issue

Hello,

As you may have read in the title, I have a problem; my car radio cannot read 2 of my USB drives. I've formatted them but it doesn't change anything. Do they need to be formatted in a special format? Also, I have a second issue: my car radio doesn't turn off even when the ignition is off unless I remove the faceplate. Is it possible to set a certain time before it stops, or for it to turn off as soon as I remove the key from the ignition? I've encountered situations where I've found my battery dead because I forgot to remove the faceplate from the car radio.

Hello, generally devices such as car radios only support the FAT32 format, but many operating systems today set the default format to FAT, so please check that it is in FAT32 and reformat it,

    hoping this can help you.

      Hello,

Thank you for your help; I really needed to format the key in FAT32 as mine was in NTFS. Do you have any idea about the second problem regarding the car radio shutting off after a certain period or when the ignition is turned off?
