USB drive not supported in Dacia Laureate 2014 car.

Hello,
Please help me find a solution to my problem. I have a Dacia Logan with a media reader, and when I connect my USB key to the car's reader, the message "Device not supported" appears.

      Hello,

      I had the same problem with my new LOGAN MCV model.
      I simply formatted my USB drive to FAT32 format and miraculously, the car was able to recognize my drive and read my MP3s.
