Hello,
I am using Word 2008 for business.
I have a client who is asking me to create a second version of a document. He wants the changes to be easily identifiable with a mark in the margin when printed.
To do this, I activated the track changes feature in the Review tab: It's working well, I can see the mark in the margin.
However, when I want to print my document as a PDF, it's a disaster: in addition to the mark appearing in the margin, there are balloons on the right that show up.
How do you remove these balloons?
Thank you for your help.

Good evening,
In the revision tracking options, you should have "Balloons in the Display All Markup show:" choose "None".
And to see what will be displayed when printing, switch to "All Markup" view instead of "Simplified Markup".
Then, fine-tune your tracking options based on what you want to see printed or not.
Good night
P.S.: Word 2008 seems to be a version for Mac, am I wrong?
