Hello,
I am using Word 2007. I am writing a thesis and I leave a margin of 4 or 5 cm on the left.
I need to include images.
I go to Insert... etc.
The image is inserted into the text area. I can't figure out how to move it into the margin or straddling the margin and the text...
What should I do?
Thank you for your advice!
Configuration: Windows 7 / Mozilla 11.0

Hello,
You need to wrap your images. This way, you can move them wherever you want, in the margin if you wish.
To apply a wrap: Select the image, then go to the Picture Tools/Format tab, click on Wrap Text, and choose Square for example.
Note that if you want them to have a default wrap, you can go to modify the advanced options => Cut, Copy and Paste => Insert/Paste pictures.
