Hello,
The Instagram account (of my company, but we have a free account) has been hacked. We managed to change the password, but they activated two-factor authentication and set a number belonging to them.
Every time we log in, it asks for a code, which is likely received by the hackers.
We contacted Instagram a few days ago, but we haven't received a response.
Does anyone have a solution to resolve this kind of problem?

Hello,
There is no workaround on CCM (the same goes for other forums) to restore secure accounts from third-party sites. The procedures must go through Instagram.
Responses, when they exist, take weeks or even months, as evidenced by the hundreds of unresolved reports.
The members (volunteers) of CCM cannot, under any circumstances, replace the deficient customer service of these providers.
But if we knew of any "solutions," we would share them; that is not the case, especially in the event of hacking.
Accounts that cannot be recovered require the creation of a new site at the cost of tedious procedures and loss of data.
