Hello,
Since I updated my Tea Touch Lux 3 e-reader, I've been getting error messages: "file system error, it is recommended to check the device memory and the SD card." And as soon as I try to open a book, it says: "unable to open the book, the file may be damaged or protected."
Can someone help me?
For your information, before the update, I used to buy my ebooks on chapitre.com, and since this new update, my e-reader has turned into a Vivlio!!
Configuration: Android / Chrome 91.0.4472.120

Hello,
I don't know if you've found a solution since then, but the transformation is "normal" as there have been buyouts and a change of company name.
Regarding the specific issue, I think the best thing to do is to reset your e-reader and then update it; it should work with this new version.
Finally, buying your epub books from one store or another shouldn't be a problem as long as you have an online account and can re-download your books, or if you use a computer to transfer the books to the e-reader.
