Problem with Tea Touch Lux 3 e-reader

Hello,
I’m probably not in the right forum, but I need your help.
I have a Tea Touch Lux 3 e-reader.
I used it on Wednesday, turned it off normally with 60% battery left, and when I tried to turn it back on Thursday, it wouldn’t turn on.
I tried the solutions found online, like holding the on/off button, but nothing works.
I tried connecting it to my computer, but it shows up as an unknown device, so I can’t access it.
I haven’t found how to reset it.
Do you have a solution?

Have you looked at the end of the MANUAL? In the troubleshooting and probable causes?
If you have a memory card, try doing a complete restart by removing the memory card.
There is also THIS help website for e-readers of this brand.
