Some minor adjustment issues with a ctronics CT-S20 camera

Hello,
I just installed my new wireless IP camera (WiFi + solar panel).
Although it was a bit complicated due to a poorly designed manual, I managed to finish the network setup. I can connect to the camera from the app on my phone, configure it, and see the live video.
I installed a 128 GB micro SD card. It works because I can record if I start a manual recording from the live view screen or take "photos".... I can also download the video, delete it, etc...
However, I have no recordings when there is an alarm (which I do receive on my phone). The alarm log is empty as well, yet I have activated "Record on SD card upon alarm" with 30 seconds of recording. There is likely a setting I need to adjust, but I can't see which one.
I would like to add a point that may be related. I'm not sure how, but I mention it just in case. I cannot set the time. In the app, I can synchronize the camera with the time on the phone and/or the phone's time zone, but as soon as I exit the time setting screen and return, the camera is again 6 hours ahead. As if the information is not being saved. However, I do not see any validation or save button or anything like that..
Lastly, if anyone knows where I can find the complete manual, even in English, it could be useful.

Have you found a solution because I have the same problem, it does not save the videos even though I have set to record on motion alerts...

Yes! The solution has been found.
If we manage to change the time, the recording works with the alarm.
It's another person from the forum who provides the solution; you need to go to the time settings, set the device time to the correct time zone, I activated DTS and especially synchronized everything at the bottom, it restarts the camera and the video recording works with the alarm.
