HP Envy 6232 Printer Printing Issues

Hello, I have a friend who recently purchased an HP ENVY 6232 printer; after using the cartridges provided with the purchase, which wasn't very long, and seeing the price of new HP cartridges, he had his 2 cartridges refilled at a specialized shop; the print quality is very poor, only pale green and yellow colors come out, and the text in black doesn't even print. Personally, I have 2 HP printers with non-HP cartridges, and I have no problems; thank you for providing me with some clarifications.

    Hello, don't look any further: filling cartridges with compatible inks is the cause of all the problems, as the printer is not designed to work with different inks at all. If yours is currently working with compatible cartridges, you’re lucky, but it may very well stop working overnight for the same reasons, as generic cartridges end up damaging the print heads and the printing system much faster than HP brand cartridges, and you may have to replace your printer sooner than expected...
    Conclusion: to restore normal operation, I recommend that your friend as well as you replace them with HP cartridges.

      I have the same problem and yet I use the same cartridges which are indeed very expensive...

    Thank you for your reply; I have 2 printers, one of which is the HP PHOTOSMART 5525, an old printer that has been working for more than a year with generic cartridges; and I have no problem; I don't know what to think. Best regards.
