Nacon Unlimited Pro Controller Issues

Hello, I need your help. Now when I plug in the Bluetooth USB dongle for my controller, the dongle doesn't light up anymore, making it impossible to play wirelessly. Does anyone have any advice to shed some light on this?

    Hello, I have the same issue as you, but I bought it second-hand and I think the key is just broken given the number of attempts. I'm also encountering another problem:
    I mainly play Call of Duty Warzone with the Nacon Unlimited,
    I've done them all (Nacon 1, 2, 3, and Unlimited)
    and on this last one, when I aim with the sniper, I find the aiming super slow compared to before
    (that was the main thing I liked about those controllers: the smoothness of the joysticks)
    I went into the game settings and couldn't find what I needed
    I checked the controller software, nothing either... I'm looking for a special setting that I remember seeing, but where???
    Right now when I aim, the scope moves slowly but it's linear, it remains slow. The parameter I'm looking for is something like: at first it aims slowly then fast or vice versa. Help please!
