I can't connect my Under Control controller to PS4.

Hello, I bought the PS4™ compatible wireless controller but I don't understand your synchronization system. I reset it and press the HOME button and it flashes and turns orange for 3 seconds. I keep pressing the buttons on the controller but it doesn’t work. I go into Bluetooth and I don't see my controller. I'm sad because I've been looking and I can't find it. Thank you for responding.

    I can't help but I would also like to know because my Ender control controller is bugging out a lot even though I just bought it and have done the update 49 times.
