Hello,
Without meaning to, I made the wrong move by trying to change the code for my My Eyes Only on the Snapchat app. It was not my intention to reset or change the code. After that, I ended up on a page confirming the code change (forgotten secret code) with a condition to accept, I quote, "the new secret code will erase all snaps from My Eyes Only." Reading this condition, I instinctively checked it, and then (instead of continuing with my request) I simply went back because I no longer wanted to change my code as I didn't want to lose my snap photos (knowing that I had more than 500 at least) and upon going back, I saw a gray box displayed where my hidden snaps normally appeared. I thought it was a bug, so I thought to quit the app and relaunch it. When I returned to my My Eyes Only folder... there were no photos left and no trace of my photos. I found out that even by downloading our Snapchat data, our cache wasn't included. Only memories can be recovered and there's no trace of a My Eyes Only memories folder. I would like to know if someone could help me.
